How to make us your nominated pharmacy
Have your prescription sent directly from your GP to one of our pharmacies. Our pharmacists will arrange your medication for collection or we can deliver to your door.
Option 1
Via the NHS app or Patient Access
NHS App/Website: Log in, select “View and manage prescriptions,” and choose “Nominate a pharmacy”.
Patient Access: In the Account section, select “Nominated pharmacy,” search for your preferred location, and select “Agree”.
Option 2
In person at your GP or pharmacy
Visit any of our pharmacies or your GP surgery and inform them that you’d like Kays to be your chosen Pharmacy.
Our location in Belle Vale and Netherley health centres make us the perfect choice for patients of those surgeries.
